Can you really match my dog’s breed?
Yes. We have artwork for over 150 breeds and variations (including popular mixes and doodles). During design, you’ll choose the closest match to your pup’s size, coat, and color.
How long does shipping take?
Each ornament is made to order. Production takes 2–3 business days and shipping typically takes another 3–4 business days within the continental U.S. You’ll receive tracking as soon as it ships.
What if my ornament arrives damaged or incorrect?
We want this to be a bright spot in your holiday. If anything arrives damaged or not as ordered, email us a photo within 7 days and we’ll rush a free replacement or refund.
Can I add more than one dog to the truck?
Yes! You can add up to three dogs per ornament. Just select the number of dogs in the customizer, choose each breed, and we’ll arrange them riding together in the back of the truck.
What material are the ornaments?
We use lightweight, high-gloss aluminum. It won’t shatter like glass, is scratch-resistant, and hangs nicely on most tree branches.
